admin + coordin8ors = 4€ an hour
in addition all workers get a portion of remaining money based on hours worked in the following way:
remaining money = 50€ / sum of every1's total hours worked 300
50€ divided by 300 hours = 60cts
therefore every1 gets an extra 60cts for each hour worked.
if some worked 2 hours they get an extra 1.20
if some worked 8 hours they get an extra 4.80 etc
