Most  workshops / performances = 1 or 2 hours

the job advertising should take an hour max. and will be be  included as an hourly payment

cre8 event on FB ( copied and adapted from admin page )  .... 10 mins

copy and paste event on:

- group's own blog ...................................................................10mns

- Gp's own FB ..........................................................................   5mins

- CHOCAHouse's blog ......................................................... 5mins

- CHOCA FB's group..........................................................  5mins

- lisbon FB groups + ( > http://chocalisbonteam.blogspot.pt/p/7.html ) .... 15mins

- send to CHOCA to be included in week's bulletin mailing ..... 5 mins
